Customer Care Centre Officer
Join a team with a focus on providing world class customer service to all customers. The Customer Care Centre Officer will represent the company, engaging with customers as a first point of contact, through various communication channels.
This role is located in the Adelaide CBD, commencing 20th May, on an initial 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide precise and timely information to customers and deliver resolutions
- Collaborate seamlessly with different departments, cultivating strong relationships and fostering a culture of responsibility and personal growth
- Implement resolution and negotiation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for all parties
- Innovate by understanding the role of a CCC Officer and exploring alternative approaches to enhance efficiency and customer service
- Foster a culture of accountability by actively participating in professional development activities
- Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while responding positively to all customer service inquiries, following corporate guidelines
Skills and Experience
- Strong focus on customer service, supported by effective verbal and written communication skills
- Background in retail, hospitality or contact centre or proven fast paced customer focused
- Proficiency in team dynamics, contributing positively to team cohesion.
- Ability to deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment, coupled with precise data entry skills
- Ability to analyse and prioritise challenges, offering innovative solutions
- Proficiency in various computer applications and quick typing skills
- Strong negotiation, comprehension, and retention abilities
Key Requirements
- MUST have a valid current National Police Clearance
