Georgina Lumb
Georgina is a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Careerlink People Solutions.
With a background in recruitment and account management, she has worked across a variety of roles specialising in training and consultancy within the Hospitality sector. Georgina values building meaningful relationships based on trust and working towards a common goal.
Georgina has international work experience across Dubai, the UK, and Australia. Prior to moving into recruitment, she ran her own Hospitality Consulting business doing account management, training, and quality control.
An avid coffee drinker, Georgina has competed as a barista at regional, national, and world title level, and represented Australia in the World AeroPress Championships 2016.
In her spare time Georgina is heavily involved in the arts community as a company member and choreographer for Dragonfly Dance, and regularly performs with and choreographs for several amateur theatre companies around Adelaide.
