Team Administrator

The Role 

You will provide administrative and office support to ensure smooth daily operations of the business and enable the team to design and deliver bespoke talent strategies and recruitment solutions for a myriad of innovative companies.

What you bring to the role

  • Prior experience (minimum of two years) in a fast-paced environment and a background in an administrative position or a recruitment support position
  • Experience working flexibly across multiple tasks or projects with different subject matters and timelines, with an ability to understand and follow instructions and implement as directed
  • A people person, with great interpersonal skills and excellent instincts and a passion for fostering a positive team culture
  • Ability to manage a high and varied workload, work under pressure, organise priorities, meet deadlines and exercise initiative, while handling sensitive and complex matters
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Exceptional organisational skills and high-level of attention to detail
  • A consultative, solutions driven approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer support experience
  • A natural collaborator who can listen and retain information

 

Key Responsibilities

  • General administrative support for the team, including the managing director
  • Supporting recruitment activities
  • Office administration and management
  • Managing enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing candidate and customer support
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Ad-hoc projects as required
