Team Leader – Contact Centre

The Role

As a Team Leader for the contact centre sales team, you will be responsible for mentoring and building on your teams’ skills while maintaining a highly collaborative and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Leading a team of up to 15 Sales contact centre staff
  • Strong experience leading customer service representative teams
  • Developing and maintaining relationships
  • Ability to work autonomously, and as a part of a small team
  • Significant leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • High level of autonomy for the team leader to develop strategies and mentoring solutions
  • High level customer service experience
  • Salesforce experience is desirable but not essential
