Signage Technician All-Rounder

Part of a larger growing specialised group, this signage company have partnered with Careerlink People Solutions to seek a Signage Technician All-Rounder that has a construction and design skillset. To personally expand and develop, as well as join their growing team located in Clarence Gardens.

As one of South Australia’s market leaders, this Adelaide based signage and display studio take creative ideas to design, and ensure businesses have the best displays available. Use the latest technology to create a wide range of products that include 3D and illuminated signage, digital graphics, and display signage.

They are seeking a ‘hands-on’ individual that can work independently and in a team, to be adaptable and fit this niche position to combine elements of design, building, fitting, and installation. This individual will also be client facing and will require adept communication skills.

As a Signage Technician, you will join a team fostering a good workplace culture and hit the ground running to bring clients’ design concepts to life. You will be involved in end-to-end processes including design, part organisation, assembly, LED light fitting, packaging and onsite installation.

• Professional client communication skills, written and verbal
• Bring designs to life from concept phase through to production
• Part organisation for signage displays
• Fabricate signage as per design specifications
• LED light fitting
• Installation and fitting of signage onsite after production
• Meeting KPI’s and target goals

• Current National Police Clearance
• 2 Years’ experience in a similar position
• Experience and understanding of the sign industry
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
• Assembly/ construction skills (building site experience and electrical fitting is highly regarded)
• Design skills
• Comfortable working with a range of different materials
• Current Driver’s License and ability to drive manual
• General Construction Induction Card (White Card)

• Elevating Work Platform License is desirable (EWP)
• Experience with Adobe Suite and/ or CorelDraw
