In this role, you will drive business development to bring in new clients, and you will lead a team of high performing consultants to design and deliver bespoke talent strategies and recruitment solutions for a myriad of innovative companies.

• Prior experience in 360 recruitment, talent acquisition or headhunting
• Strong track record in business development and building a meaningful network
