Regional Customer Service Officers

Careerlink People Solutions are seeking exceptional Customer Service Officers and entry level sales specialists for multiple temporary and permanent positions within the Naracoorte and Mount Gambier region.

Responsibilities

In these roles, you will provide exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone. You will provide service in an accurate and timely manner, providing customers with any information or direction as needed.

These are exciting opportunities to provide a service as a customer’s first point of contact and will offer a meaningful experience for visitors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role (e.g. hospitality, retail, banking, call centre)
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining high accuracy with transactions
  • Excellent, clear communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate basic to intermediate administration skills and abilities
  • Demonstrated ability for fast learning and long-term retention of information
  • Ability and willingness to work both in a team and autonomously to achieve targets
  • SAPOL National Police Clearance – less than 12 months or ability to apply for one as part of your application
  • DCSI working with children clearance
  • Ability to provide proof of current COVID-19 Vaccination status
