Recruitment Manager

The Role

This is a hands-on role, leading our team of high performing consultants in the quality delivery of the best talent for our existing and new clients.

You’ll build upon our well-established brand and network while using your experience to enable growth, working nationally across a range of disciplines and markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgetary and P&L responsibility
  • Lead & coach direct reports
  • Maintain a high-performance culture
  • Help create, implement and deliver strategy
  • Build sales and solid client relationships
  • Ensure that compliance is met at all times
  • Assist in training, tenders, reporting and various aspects of the management of a recruitment team
Skills and Experience
  • Experience in permanent and temporary staffing in the recruitment industry, ideally in an agency setting
  • Leadership skills and a commitment to helping the team grow and succeed
  • Proven sales experience
  • Ability to develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of modern award
  • Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate at all levels
  • A consultative approach and solutions driven – can think on your feet and problem solve complex issues
  • Previous exposure to and experience with budgetary responsibility
  • Track record of hitting targets and goals
Ideal but not essential
  • Networks and market knowledge within South Australia or other Australian states
  • Experience using Bullhorn
