The Role

Reporting to the Business Unit Head, you will be working collaboratively with our team of high performing consultants to source and screen the best talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create adverts that attract the best talent
  • Source and Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Conduct Interviews and create candidate profiles
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Provide admin support for both clients and candidates
Skills and Experience
  • Previous agency or internal Recruitment experience essential
  • Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem solving skills
