Personal Assistant

The Role

This is a permanent role that will support the Managing Director of the company and the General Manager. This is a growing business with lots of room to develop and drive change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a diverse range of administrative support to the Managing Director and the team
  • Manage the calendar, mailbox, and phone calls
  • Minute taking and actioning meeting follow-up
  • Monitor and track daily tasks
  • Plan and host regular events with clients
  • Collaborate with HR compliance tasks
  • Ad-hoc work and personal errands
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience working as a personal assistant or in an administrative support role
  • Proven administration skills and abilities
  • Experience planning or running events
  • Exposure to the operation of trades people
  • Ability & willingness to multitask and work autonomously with little direction
  • Perceptive and proactive personality
Key Requirements
  • MUST have a valid Driver’s License
  • MUST be technology savvy with proficiency in the use of the MS Office Suite
  • MUST be willing to travel 2 – 4 times a year for business development purposes
  • MUST be a high energy, extroverted individual with the ability to communicate with different personalities across varying levels of seniority, internally and externally
