Outbound Sales Consultant

Based in Prospect, north of Adelaide, this family owned, fast growing company are now looking to expand their team further and are looking for their next star to join the organisation.

The Role

The Outbound Sales Consultant position plays a key role within this growing organisation and is responsible for bringing new business into the company. You will join a team of six Outbound Sales Consultants of varying experience levels. If you love speaking to different people every day, love working towards sales targets and love the challenge of meeting targets and closing calls, then this role is perfect for you.  

This is initially being offered as a 3-month temporary position with the potential to become a permanent employee. You will be working full time hours, Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • All roles are 100% outbound, cold calling, phone-based positions providing you with new and valuable skills for your personal and professional growth
  • Working in a high volume, fast-paced business, working to meet key performance indicators that are focused on quality outcomes for customers on every call
  • Meet individual sales targets, using the internal Sales Force database to record information
  • We are looking for a sales driven individual who loves the challenge of meeting targets and closing calls
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience working within an outbound call centre role or sales role
  • Previous experience working towards and exceeding KPIs and sales target is a must
  • You will be someone who is driven, ambitious, positive and loves a challenge
  • A clear, articulate phone manner
  • Excellent communication skills is essential, with the ability to quickly build rapport
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • A high level of resilience and assertiveness whilst maintaining excellent customer service is key
  • Previous experience using Sales Force would be beneficial
  • High level of computer and administration skills
  • Eagerness to contribute to a positive team culture
  • Hungry for success with a determined personality
  • Full, unrestricted working rights is a must
