The Team Leader is a newly formed, key leadership role within this growing organisation. You will be managing a team of six outbound sales agents, providing day to day leadership and performance management, ensuring activity levels and KPIs are being achieved, as well as leading by example with your own sales targets.
This is initially being offered on a 6-month temporary role with the potential to become permanent.
