Outbound Contact Centre Representative

Careerlink People Solutions are seeking energetic sales experts for a number of Outbound Contact Centre roles based in the Adelaide CBD and City Fringe. Passionate about providing exceptional service on each & every call, our client is committed to providing ongoing training and support to their staff.

We have a number of roles available for outbound sales/appointment setting experts. The roles being offered are temporary, full-time positions with the ability to extend to longer term assignments for the right individuals. We require someone who is flexible and committed to working a full-time rotating roster depending on our clients business requirements.

You will be a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must be able to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have demonstrated skills in taking initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.

• All roles are 100% outbound, cold calling, phone-based positions, providing you with new and valuable skills for your personal and professional growth. The role will be working in a high volume, fast-paced business, working to meet key performance indicators that are focused on quality outcomes for customers on every call.
• You will quickly build rapport with customers with the aim of booking appointments at the end of each and every call.

• Proven high level customer service/sales experience, preferably within a contact centre
• Cold calling/sales experience is highly desirable
• Willingness to conduct outbound calls
• Experience working towards KPIs and sales target
• High level of computer and administration skills
• Ability to navigate through challenging customer interactions
• Eagerness to contribute to a positive team culture

• MUST have a valid current National Police Clearance or willing to obtain prior to commencing
• MUST be immediately available to commence with no short-term leave requirements
