Outbound Contact Centre Consultant

Careerlink People Solutions have partnered with multiple South Australian organisations in search of Outbound Contact Centre Consultants. These companies pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to their clients and require skilled consultants who can quickly build rapport with their customers.

The Role

This role requires you to work in a fast-paced contact centre environment making outbound calls and appointment setting. You will collaborate with likeminded individuals working as one supportive team delivering quality services. Excellent training is provided, with many more rewarding benefits available. This is a temporary role at full-time hours on a Monday – Friday basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make high levels of outbound calls and appointment scheduling
  • Meeting daily individual and team KPIs
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Providing customers with relevant information or direction as needed
Skills and Experience
  • Proven administration skills and abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability of transferring information in a timely and clear manner
  • Fluency in English
Key Requirements
  • Ability to use multiple systems when speaking on the phone with customers
  • Experience in working towards and achieving competitive KPI’s on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Verbal experience in delivering high quality of customer service
  • Must have a valid and current National Police Clearance
  • Open approach to receiving feedback
