Outbound Contact Centre Consultant

Careerlink People Solutions have partnered with a well-known South Australian organisation in search of Outbound Contact Centre Consultants. Our client prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and requires personable and skilled professionals who can quickly build rapport with their customers.

The Role

This role requires you to work in a fast-paced contact centre environment making outbound calls and appointment setting. You will collaborate with likeminded individuals working as one supportive team delivering  quality services. Excellent training is provided, with additional benefits available. This is a temporary role offering full-time hours on a Monday – Friday basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make high levels of outbound calls and appointment scheduling
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Providing customers with relevant information or direction as needed
Skills and Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience working towards and achieving competitive KPI’s on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Proven administration skills and abilities
  • Ability to use multiple systems when speaking on the phone with customers
  • Demonstrated ability of transferring client information in a timely and clear manner
  • Receptive and responsive to feedback 
  • Friendly and personable phone manner
Key Requirements
  • Must have a valid current National Police Clearance
  • Must be available for immediate start
