Marketing Manager

Careerlink People Solutions is seeking a Marketing Manager for our client who are a boutique, fast-growing, South Australian based organisation. In this newly created role, the successful individual will join a dynamic team that offers a positive, supportive culture and working environment.

This is a Part Time role at .06 FTE

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, your primary duties include overseeing and implementing dynamic marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and expansion. You’ll actively participate in the development, execution, and management of diverse marketing projects, campaigns, and events.  To be successful, you will have a positive work ethic, love for all things marketing and the motivation to achieve great results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Directors and the executive team in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, events and presentations in alignment with overall business objectives
  • Craft and manage diverse marketing campaigns that align with our clients strategic goals
  • Maintain and enhance the clients brand identity through expert management of digital marketing initiatives and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms and business units
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and generate detailed reports to guide marketing strategies and decision making
  • Oversee budget management, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact
Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related field
  • Demonstrated track record of internal stakeholder management
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and channels
  • Ability to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Experience in creative campaign management
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
