Management Accountant
Careerlink People Solutions have partnered with OTFC Group to present a newly created opportunity for an analytical, dynamic, and driven individual to join one of South Australia’s most reputable and established private paediatric occupational therapy clinics.
Reporting to the COO, this role will work closely with the executive team to ensure financial goals and processes align with overall business objectives. You will provide insightful decision-based reporting of financial and commercial performance to optimise financial systems and processes.
- Preparation of monthly financial statements, analysis of variance and corrective options
- Monitoring and analysing financial performance, identifying trends, and highlighting areas of improvement
- Optimisation of financial systems and processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in the capital planning for national growth strategy
- Oversee the internal payroll, accounts payable, and debtors functions
- Assist in preparation of five-year forecasts and annual budgets
- Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to assess the impact of various initiatives and strategic plans
- Contribute to financial dashboard preparation and use
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Previous experience in managing an accounting function
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of how to explain financial data to non-financial personnel
- Proven experience in financial modeling and analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Understanding of the Allied Health industry is desirable
