Located in Lot Fourteen, this company is in the scale-up phase of their innovative Business to Business SAAS product, empowering companies’ business decisions to sustainability, finance, and procurement.

The successful applicant will be driven by career progression and the opportunity to expand with the company. Ideally you will have 3+ years’ experience as a Software Engineer and the passion and capability to take on a next step in a Team Lead position.
- Assist and mentor team members; review work to ensure high quality outcomes
- Make your own contributions as a developer, of the same high standard to which the rest of the team is held
- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying new features
- Debugging, maintaining, and scaling applications
- Interacting with external users to gather requirements, take feedback, and provide product support and training
- Collaborating with internal users to automate workflows to provide clients with an efficient and accurate service
- Collaborate with the development team to grow and exceed their objectives
- Work with the Product Manager to plan and prioritise both (a) the implementation of features and maintenance, and (b) high-level strategic system and process design
- Relevant degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Proven ability to work in a team-based, collaborative environment
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new concepts and able to interact with all levels of technical and business teams
- Desirable but not necessary – Python, PHP & JavaScript
- DevOps practices in an agile software development environment including CI/CD, and deployment/management of AWS services
- Relational database design and administration – Desirable: MySQL or MariaDB
- Design of user interfaces using HTML, CSS & JavaScript
