Human Resources Site Manager

The Human Resources Site Manager will strengthen the ability to deliver business by executing the site HR strategy. Knowing all sites and working collaboratively with Operations, the HR Site Manager will lead the delivery of HR initiatives that attract, develop bench strength, build a sales and service culture, improve market position, maintain competitive advantage and achieve growth as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance the spirit and reputation of the organisation
  • Lead and build the capability of the Site HR team and Operations leadership team
  • Provide expert input into, and execute the site-specific elements of, the HR Strategic Plan
  • Forecast, plan and deliver recruitment and onboarding activities that support new store planning and existing store needs
  • Plan and build bench strength to support network growth
  • Guide, advise and coach site leaders on HR and IR issues, compliance, and best practice
  • Oversee the provision of specialist IR advice and bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Collaborate with the Training Manager to enhance site team capability
  • Contribute to the development, review and implementation of HR policies and processes and monitor compliance
  • Lead the implementation of site HR projects, manage change, and embed new practices as business-as-usual
  • Prepare reports, proposals, and project plans to meet business needs
