Human Resource Manager

Careerlink is working with several local and national businesses who are looking to strengthen their HR teams by recruiting additional HR Managers, Business Partners, and Industry Specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of HR professionals across several different specialisms
  • Innovate process and procedure
  • Contribute to the development of the senior leadership team
  • Drive a culture of building relationships, Safety and Team wellbeing
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage Employee Relations across the business
  • Interpret new legislation and adjusting company process to remain compliant
Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum of 5 years senior leadership experience in a complex business environment
  • Transformational and Change Management experience
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills
  • Expert in the development and implementation of HR frameworks and policies
  • Interpreting new legislation and adjusting company process to remain compliant
