Careerlink are seeking experienced and motivated HR Consultants for a number of roles based within Adelaide CBD and surrounding suburbs.
With roles based across a number of busy, high profile State Government departments on varying length temporary assignments, we are looking for individuals preferably with Government experience, who are competent working with multiple stakeholders, in busy, changing environments.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for high volume recruitment campaigns including the advertising, screening process, setting up interviews, leading the interview panel, and completing reference checks through to undertaking the on-boarding for the successful candidates.
You will quickly be able to establish and maintain strong working relationships with the business leaders to become a trusted individual, undertaking gap analysis and reviews where needed.
Ideally you will have experience working within a fast paced, Government environment and are results focused, resilient, resourceful, proactive and flexible. You will have strong planning and organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise work and deal with competing demands.
