HR Consultant

Careerlink are seeking experienced and motivated HR Consultants for a number of roles based within Adelaide CBD and surrounding suburbs.

The Role

With roles based across a number of busy, high profile State Government departments on varying length temporary assignments, we are looking for individuals preferably with Government experience, who are competent working with multiple stakeholders, in busy, changing environments.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for high volume recruitment campaigns including the advertising, screening process, setting up interviews, leading the interview panel, and completing reference checks through to undertaking the on-boarding for the successful candidates.

You will quickly be able to establish and maintain strong working relationships with the business leaders to become a trusted individual, undertaking gap analysis and reviews where needed.

Ideally you will have experience working within a fast paced, Government environment and are results focused, resilient, resourceful, proactive and flexible. You will have strong planning and organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise work and deal with competing demands.

Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience managing successful end-to-end recruitment processes in a volume environment preferably in a Government environment
  • Exceptional customer service and candidate management skills
  • You must have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisation skills and excel in a fast past, dynamic environment
  • High level verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to liaise with various stakeholders as well as work effectively in an autonomous capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing and evaluation
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Professional manner with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Post-secondary qualification in a Human Resource Management or a related field
Key Requirements
  • MUST hold a current SAPOL Police Clearance or willing to obtain if successful
  • MUST be immediately available to commence with no short-term leave requirements
