Customer Service Representative – Contact Centre

Careerlink People Solutions have partnered with a well-known South Australian organisation in search of Customer Service Representatives for their contact centre. This company prides themselves on delivering exceptional service to their clients and require skilled consultants who can quickly build rapport with their customers.

The Role

We have multiple openings for individuals who are eager to work in a fast paced environment, and are driven by high quality customer service. You will collaborate with likeminded individuals working as one supportive team delivering quality services. Excellent training is provided, with many more rewarding benefits available. This is a temporary role at full-time hours on a Monday – Friday basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make high levels of outbound calls
  • Meeting daily individual and team KPIs
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Providing customers with relevant information or direction as needed
Skills and experience you will have
  • Experience in delivering high quality of customer service
  • Experience in working towards and achieving competitive KPI’s on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Ability to use multiple systems when speaking on the phone with customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability of transferring information in a timely and clear manner
  • Proven administration skills and abilities
  • Fluency in English
  • Must have a valid and current National Police Clearance
  • Open approach to receiving feedback
