Corporate Support Officer – EMR

The Corporate Support Officer is responsible for providing efficient and effective day to day office administration for our client’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Project. With approximately 250 staff over three office levels, the CSO works closely with executive assistants, Health and Safety Reps, managers, other teams (including Building Services) and project team members to ensure staff are supported in their work environment.

This is a temporary role on an initial 6-month contract, with opportunity for extension, based in the Adelaide CBD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and support services and processes including inventory control, purchase of consumables and maintenance of small business machines
  • Liaise with customers to identify and resolve queries, issues and discrepancies
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and seminar/conference bookings as required, including the arrangement of necessary approvals and processing expenses
  • Responsible for updating the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Project Floor plans and employee desk identification cards
  • Provide records management assistance including creating files, registering and tracking documents and responding to queries
Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve goals and meet deadlines, including dealing with competing demands, and work with limited supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with people from all levels, both within and external to the organisation
  • Ability to maintain a high standard of integrity and confidentiality
  • Experience in preparation of correspondence, reports, manuals, procedures and other business documentation
  • Ability to identify and analyse problems and recommend solutions
Key Requirements
  • Must be willing to obtain a valid current National Police Clearance
