Contracts and Grants Manager

The Role

You will utilise your experience and expertise in Contract and Grants management across a range of projects within a small and dynamic team, located in the Adelaide CBD, on an initial 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing grant programs, grant agreements and managing the EOFY variation process
  • Project management
  • Relationship management with grant applicants and recipients
  • Reporting progress to key stakeholders
  • Financial forecasting
Skills and Experience
  • Attention to detail in managing grant programs, grant agreements and managing the EOFY variation process
  • Demonstrated capability with government procurement and tenders, including assessment processes
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively manage relationships with grant recipients and communicate effectively with potential grant applicants
  • Ability to manage complex and competing timeframes across multiple projects
  • Demonstrated experience in reporting grant, contract and project progress to key stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Financial acumen to forecast cash flow within existing budget processes
Key Requirements
  • Contract and grant management experience across a range of projects, within state government is essential
  • MUST have a valid current National Police Clearance
