We have a number of roles available for both inbound and outbound experts. These roles being offered are temporary full-time positions and require someone who is flexible and available to work a rotating roster.
We are seeking a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have a demonstrated skill in taking initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.
All roles are 100% phone-based customer service positions providing you with new and valuable skills for your personal and professional growth. The role will be working in a high volume, fast paced business, working to meet key performance indicators that are focused on quality outcomes for customers on every call.
