Careerlink are seeking passionate and energetic individuals for a number of temporary Inbound and Outbound Contact Centre roles based in Adelaide CBD.

Passionate about providing exceptional service on each & every call, our client based in Adelaide CBD, is committed to providing ongoing training and support to their temporary staff.

The Role

We have a number of roles available for both inbound and outbound experts. These roles being offered are temporary full-time positions and require someone who is flexible and available to work a rotating roster.

We are seeking a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have a demonstrated skill in taking initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • All roles are 100% phone-based customer service positions providing you with new and valuable skills for your personal and professional growth. The role will be working in a high volume, fast paced business, working to meet key performance indicators that are focused on quality outcomes for customers on every call.

Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience working in either an inbound or outbound contact centre role
  • Demonstrated customer focus in achieving targets and business goals
  • Proved administration skills and abilities
  • Ability to navigate through challenging customer interactions
  • Eagerness to contribute to a positive team culture
  • High attention to detail and the ability to provide effective and timely administration support
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines 
Key Requirements
  • Be immediately available to commence with no short-term leave requirements
  • MUST have a valid current National Police Clearance and current DCSI Child Related or willing to obtain prior to commencing
