We are seeking an exceptional front-of-house professional who will be the first point of contact for our clients. This individual will play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting first impression through excellent customer service and a welcoming demeanour. In addition to providing a high level of service, this multifaceted position combines client relations, scheduling, administrative support, and reception duties, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Greet and welcome clients, as an ambassador for OTFC
- Scheduling consultations, and providing support to ensure a positive client experience
- Conduct client onboarding, ensuring all documentation and agreements are executed in a timely manner
- Support OTs to streamline service delivery
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect and create a welcoming environment
- Proven experience in an administrative support and client facing role
- Exposure to scheduling operations, customer interaction, and reception duties
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with HubSpot is desirable, but not a necessity
