Client Services Administrator
Careerlink People Solutions have partnered with a top tier accounting and advisory firm to appoint a Client Services Administrator to support their Business Advisory division and Directors.
Working within a collaborative team, you will be providing administrative support for stakeholders across the firm. - Liaising with clients, suppliers and employees, to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Assist with team scheduling and workflow management, as well as diary management
- Running of reports including work in progress, business development opportunities and client allocations
- Manage logistics associated with team activities, functions, and events
- Assist Directors/Managers with researching / information gathering for clients, and ensuring maintenance of client database
- Prepare and distribute agendas, papers, and minutes for internal and external meetings, including preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- Attend to mail, banking, payment of accounts, scanning, filing and other administrative duties for portfolio clients
- Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and manage all client and team interactions in a professional manner
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage your time to meet deadlines
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Previous experience providing administrative support in a professional services/ finance environments is highly regarded, but not necessary
- Desirable – experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB or equivalent)
