The Client Services Manager is responsible for leading and managing coordinators to ensure the delivery of quality, safe, person-centred support to customers in accordance with service agreements and quality standards.
The role includes support coordination; mentoring and supervising staff; maintaining compliance with operational guidelines and continuous improvement; providing recommendations on all operational and service delivery matters to enable all staff to provide quality service to customers.
This is a full-time permanent position.
