Client Support Manager

The Role

The Client Services Manager is responsible for leading and managing coordinators to ensure the delivery of quality, safe, person-centred support to customers in accordance with service agreements and quality standards.

The role includes support coordination; mentoring and supervising staff; maintaining compliance with operational guidelines and continuous improvement; providing recommendations on all operational and service delivery matters to enable all staff to provide quality service to customers.

This is a full-time permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Coordination Services in accordance with NDIS quality standards
  • Manage and resolve all clinical or support related incidents
  • Manage and resolve support related complaints
  • Monitor, maintain and reduce the use of restrictive practices
  • Assist in the development of processes, procedures and documentation that meet the applicable quality standards and compliance requirements relevant to the services delivered
  • Assist in the monitoring of the Risk and Compliance Management Frameworks
  • Assist with the monitoring and maintenance of relevant quality standards including, but not limited to, the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications with relevant experience, or equivalent in Disability, Health or Aged Care
  • Previous experience in developing and implementing person centred services
  • Demonstrated administrative experience, including well developed proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and healthcare incident management systems
  • Experience in the community services, disability, or aged care sector
