The Role

The Chief Product Officer will lead the strategic product direction.  This role is responsible for the product life cycle, including roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, functional specification all the way through to customer enablement and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help build the vision for the future of the product, aligning this vision with all stakeholders, including clients, partners and employees
  • Engage directly with customers during pre-sale and post-sale implementations to ensure the product will help reach desired business outcomes
  • Translate customer requirements to create functional designs
  • Create compelling demos for internal and external use
  • Lead product and technical presentations with current and potential investors
  • Actively participate in industry events, customer briefings, advisory boards, and social media communications
  • Identify and escalate issues or resource conflicts
  • Manage trade-offs involving features, cost, design and schedule for each client
  • Analyse key performance metrics to measure business effectiveness and drive improvements
Skills and Experience
  • Experience and a proven track record in the AdTech industry
  • Equivalent 8+ years of product management or similar experience
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap
  • A collaborative mindset, being able to listen to and validate a range of views as well as obtain stakeholder buy-in
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Strong team skills and experience to bring together diverse views
  • Experience with SaaS enterprise product management
  • Profound experience using qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform, help prioritise, and balance product decisions
