Business Development Manager
Due to significant growth our client is a looking for a Business Development Manager to lead a team of sales professionals to increase new business across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop growth strategies and plans
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
- Increase client base and penetrate new markets
- Have an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Create and present successful business proposals
- Negotiate with all key stakeholders
- Identify and map out business strengths and customer needs
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams
- Follow industry trends both locally and internationally
- Draft and review terms of business and service contracts
- Report on successes and areas needing improvements
- Mentor, coach and develop a team of Sales Executives
Key Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree is Business or other relevant discipline
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- High-level communication
- Stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Conflict resolution
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
