Appointment Setting (Phone Based)

The Role

This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment making calls and booking in appointments. You will collaborate with likeminded individuals working as one supportive team, delivering quality services. Excellent training is provided, with many more rewarding benefits available, including growth pathways for enthusiastic individuals.  This is a temporary role offering full-time hours on a Monday – Friday basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display high quality customer service for appointment setting
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • Providing customers with relevant information or direction as needed
Skills and Experience
  • Proven administration skills and abilities
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability of transferring client information in a timely and clear manner
  • Fluent in English
Key Requirements
  • Ability to use multiple systems when speaking on the phone with customers
  • Experience in working towards achievable targets
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering high quality customer service
  • Must have a valid current National Police Clearance
  • Open approach to receiving feedback
  • Ability to contribute to a positive team environment
