The Administration/Reception role is responsible for the initial interaction with any face to face customers as well as telephone calls that come through to the business. You will be responsible to ensuring the individuals and calls are directed to the correct area seamlessly. In addition, you will be happy to support with any administration that is required e.g scanning, data entry, copying etc.
This is a challenging, fast paced and dynamic role requiring organisation and experience in a similar position working with multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
