Administration Officer – Adelaide

Careerlink are seeking outstanding candidates to work with both government and non-government clients in the administration field. The company you will be joining is primarily based in the Adelaide CBD and is a large well-known company.

The Role

Reporting to the Team Leader, your strengths in administration and organisation skills will be pivotal in providing support to staff, contractors, and management.

You will be required to execute clear communication at all times, whilst working in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include data entry, support, high volumes of email correspondence and other general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration and Support Tasks
  • Alpha/Numerical Data entry
  • Maintaining shared databases
  • Meeting daily and weekly KPI’s
  • Maintaining high quality records in a thorough and organised manner
  • Communication both written and verbally
Skills and Experience
  • Strong demonstrated Administration experience working in a fast moving, busy team
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
  • Experience achieving KPI’s both daily and weekly whilst working in a changing environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise accordingly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information
  • Proven ability to build working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work as a part of a team or independently
Key Requirements
  • Must be immediately available to commence with no short-term leave requirements  
  • Must hold a current National Police Clearance and a DCSI clearance or be willing to obtain prior to commencing a role
